Our Home is located in The Villages, mid central Florida's premier adult community located about 68 miles northwest of Orlando International Airport. The Villages is well known as Florida's Friendliest Active Adult Retirement Golf Cart Community, an amazing master planned community with over 700 holes of golf to play, over 100 miles of golf cart paths, 89 swimming pools, 47 tennis courts, 3000+ clubs run and managed by residents, and 200 Pickleball courts. The property itself is 1900 sq ft plus a screened in Lanai with Hot Tub. There are three bedrooms with 2 baths. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a bright eat in area. A formal dining area adjoins the large living room complete with Flat Screen TV. The Master Bedroom is seperate from the rest of the house with walk in closets and master bathroom with shower. The second bathroom has a shower in the bathtub.

A Yamaha Golf Cart is included as this is a major form of transportation in The Villages.

The Villages is comprised of about 78 "villages", each with its own name, clustered or close to around 50 separate golf courses and close to one of 3 Town Squares, each of which offers free music and dancing every night of the year! Our home is located in the Village of Virginia Trace, in the northern center area of The Villages close to both Mallory Country Club and Cane Garden Country Club. The Town Square of Lake Sumter landing is a short Golf Cart ride away or you can walk there in less than 15 minutes..

Our home is located almost equal distance to each Florida coast. With a 1 1/2 hour drive you can be on the Atlantic or Gulf Coast. Disney and Universal Studios are less than 90 minutes away. The beautiful High Springs area with crystal clear fresh water springs is 2 hours away. Orlando is south of us, Ocala and Florida's horse country is a 45 minute drive north.

We would like to find a home in the Bend, OR area for a month during the winter. We have a 6 year old Labrador so a pet friendly home is a must. We will leave the home as clean as we find it and, would expect the same from anyone using our home. Our home is pet friendly. Neighborhood rules require leashes when your pet is out for walks.
We do not require a vehicle.
Our home comes with a Yamaha Golf Cart as that is the major form of transportation in the Villages.
