Alysa and Bruce own a wonderful and comfortable house which fulfills any wishes – it is perfect to spend time inside, but to be honest: we loved the garden with wonderful plants, the different places around the house to enjoy a breece coming over from ocean, have a glas of wine during sunset – this is how holidays feels perfect. The garden was also perfect to spend quality time with family (living in LA). The botanic gardens around offer a lot of internationality (french, italian, chinese, mexican,.. and last but not least the very local Conejo botanic garden. The hiking trails provide a wide range of chances to enjoy local nature. By the way ….. we had the full Californian feeling – experienced «Hilary» storm and a small earthquake – now we know how to behave and act in case of these things – it was a very important experience too. Driving down to Malibu is an extra which should not be missed. Shopping experience at local farmer markets, but also at Costco and other stores impressed us a lot. Hospitality over all was outstanding – thank you so much.
