Welcome!

Our serene studio is 700 square feet--spacious for one or two people (and a small child). Everything is new, including plumbing, air/heat, and tile floors. There's plenty of space to prepare meals, a comfortable queen-size bed with memory foam mattress, a living area with smart TV (with cable), a desk and dining room table, an eat-in kitchen counter, washer/dryer and a large, light-filled bathroom with a shower roomy enough for two. There's an outdoor courtyard with grill where you're welcome to enjoy al fresco meals or coffee in the mornings.

We’re just across the street from Whitaker Park, which runs alongside the glistening waters of Sarasota Bay. It's a half-mile loop for a brisk morning walk or run. There's a fishing pier if you enjoy fishing—and plenty of sea birds and other critters, including dolphin, to watch. The Reserve, a sweet cafe and restaurant, is conveniently across the street.

We will have the studio professionally cleaned before your arrival with a fresh supply of linens and towels, including beach towels and mats and umbrellas. If you are traveling from afar, we can arrange to have foods you'll need for when you arrive and we always have a basket of bathroom supplies (toothbrushes, toothpaste, good soaps, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.) for your use. The kitchen will also be stocked and ready for your cooking needs. We have a handy guide to our favorite restaurants, galleries, shops, attractions, and nearby places to visit.

While there is not a full kitchen, we have a two-burner counter-top stove, a microwave, a confection oven, and an Instapot.

The studio is not available December 15-April 15.
