Landmarked 1886 Victorian building. 3-level home is full of old-world elegance and character, yet has modern comforts and amenities, set within a wonderful, well known neighborhood. Top floor has master bedroom w/ queen bed that looks onto balcony, deck and garden below; large bathroom; library and beautiful large guest room with marble fireplace, bay window and twin bed. Middle floor has living room, dining room and kitchen that looks out to garden. Lower floor has den with flat screen tv, and guest bedroom w/ queen bed and bath. The home has oriental carpets throughout, comfortable beds, quality furnishings and high end appliances. Seeking something similar.
The house is a short walk to the Valencia corridor of some of the city's best restaurants and coffee houses. A weekend farmers' market and other attractions are also nearby. The house is located in one of SF's most popular and sunny neighborhoods. It is near local and regional public transportation and easy reach of the BART system to the airport. It has an intimate garden, a large balcony and large sunny deck. We are located in a wonderful area for walking and enjoying the colorful Victorian and Edwardian character of San Francisco and some of its nicest city views.

We are in one of the nicest SF neighborhoods on between Noe Valley and the Mission. We within walking distance of many fine restaurants.
