We are open to home swaps around the world and in the UK. We are tied to UK school holidays. Open to all suggestions so please do get in touch.
Our home is a 1750 sq ft townhouse over three levels with a great garden in the back. It is really open and airy. The place has floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is quite large by London standards, and I love to cook so it is fully equipped with every gadget. Sliding glass doors lead to the garden with a hammock. There is a playroom with a futon just off the kitchen and a half bath. The reception/living room is one whole floor separated into a seating area and a craft/music area. The top level is two full bathrooms, one master bedroom, a child's room with bunk beds, and a smaller single bedroom with a twin. We are perfectly located in Northwest London: a short walk to Primrose Hill, Regents Park and the Camden Market. We are also a short walk to the Jubilee and Northern Lines. On the tube, it is about 20 minutes to the center of London.

Located on a quiet cul du sac in Northwest London we are really well located to see the city. To quote a travel guide: Primrose Hill is the Hollywood of London: you can’t walk down the street without seeing a celebrity. This absolutely gorgeous area is filled with musicians, actors, television personalities, models, and anyone else who you’d see in the tabloids. Part of the appeal is that it's near central London where a lot of the action is, but it has a tightknit community feel, especially since there are only 7,500 residents. There are a lot of independent businesses, shops, and cafes here, which just adds to that village-like vibe. It doesn’t matter who your neighbors are, they will know you and you will know them.

There is so much to see and do in London I almost don't know where to begin! Walking distance from our place is Primrose Hill, Regents Park, the London Zoo, Camden Market, Roundhouse Theater, and Hamstead Heath. By tube you can get anywhere and some of our favorite places to take guests are Westminster Abbey (go to the cafe, it is so cool), Liberty of London (for high tea), The Tate Modern, V&A (pack a picnic and sit outside), Daunt Books, and Coal Drops Yard.
