Stockholm is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe with its historical old town and unique archipelago.

We usually spend summer here because it is the best time of the year and our location provides a vacation setting with all the comforts of home.

We live in a leafy suburb only 6 miles from the city centre with all it has to offer and even closer to the countryside on Ekerö island with the Royal summer palace, long safe cycle paths and several good golf courses.

It’s a bright, modern apartment of 1500 sq.ft. on two floors. Upstairs is entrance hall, main bedroom, bathroom and office/guest room plus open kitchen and living room connected to a glazed balcony overlooking the lake.

Downstairs are two bedrooms, a TV/games area with two fold-out single beds, and a shower room with toilet. The back door leads out to the terrace and garden. Just a stroll down to the deck for a swim.

Facilities: Broadband and wifi plus a desktop computer is provided. Three bikes and two sets of golf clubs that guests can borrow. There are some shared facilities for apartment residents; a sauna and a big laundry room, although we have our own washing machine in the apartment.

Nockeby Torg is 5 minutes walk and has a well stocked grocery store, bakery and pharmacy. The tram from here connects to the subway. Busses run from Nockeby Bron. Public transport is efficient, cheap and reliable.
We would consider the loan of our car. There is free on-street parking and a garage. We also have a summer house 45 minutes drive from us, a cottage in the woods with only 5-10 minutes walk down to the Baltic sea and the local boat club. In case of a simultaneous swap we will stay there during the swap, but in case of a non-simultaneous swap you would have access to both the apartment and the cottage if you wish.
