5 minutes walking distance from historical city center but also from trainstation Haarlem-C. 15 minutes and you are in Amsterdam city center or Zandvoort beach.

Inside the house you enjoy your privacy and silence. In the garden or your 1 floor terrace you can hear the neighbours living their great outdoors. Leaving the house you see a lot happening on the river, big cargo boats and lots of small ones. Neighbours across the street live in their historic houseboats, and the first coffee spot is also on the water. You'll see the blades of the mill turning in the wind, and hear the church bells from the city center.

Is's a short walk to the historic city center of Haarlem. Small pitoresque streets, beautifull old houses and churches unique shops, terraces, musea and galleries. At the riverside you can spend some time at city beach club'de Oerkap', or follow the river and you'll find a lot of nice terraces. Or rent a boat and navigate through the canals of Haarlem. We also have 2 bikes for you to explore our city.
