It is a family house with an enclosed garden. The house was built in 1960 in a very green area in Arnhem. The street is very quiet. On the ground floor are a kitchen and a large living room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. A large master bedroom with double bed, two smaller bedrooms with two beds, an additional toilet and the shower.

The neighbourhood is very quiet with a lot of trees nearby. There are two parks in the neighbourhood. Also the Hoge Veluwe, a big national park with museum Kroller Muller. There is a supermarket nearby. Nearby the house are a “Burgers Zoo”, an Open air museum and a swimming pool.
Arnhem is a city with 149.000 inhabitants in the east of the Netherlands. The centre of Arnhem is about 15 minutes by bike or car. The bus stop is at the end of the street.
Amsterdam is about one hour drive or by train, also the airports Schiphol, Dusseldorf and Weeze (Germany). The Provence has various landscapes with rivers, heaths and forests.
