Beschreibung unseres Tauschangebotes
We are interested in summer exchange 2023: we want to swap houses with France, Spain (coast), Portugal, Greece or Italy.
We live in a modern house, almost penthouse, 1 floor, near centre of Amsterdam, close to famous
musea the Rijksmuseum and van Goghmuseum. There is 1 large terrace, lots of light. Convenient is the elevator. It is
a quiet housing area, near the 'Jordaan' and a park in the 'Westerpark' area.
You will be able to enjoy the city of Amsterdam comfortable with our house as your base!
Public transport is very close, you can reach other cities like Delft, Leiden, Utrecht in The Netherlands very easy by train.
The center of Amsterdam is on walking distance, but as mentioned, public transport is very near (15 minutes to Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum) or you can use our bicycles.

Our neighborhood is quite trendy/populair, and quit as well! Museums, city center, Anne Frank house all very close by.
The beach is about 40 minutes by car or train/bus.
Closeby is a beautiful so called 'cultural park' (Westerpark), with restaurants, Cafe's, a Club, children's animal farm and of course trees!
We live almost on top of a popular GYM (Yoga, fitness e.a.). The popular 'Jordaan' area is within walking distance and trams, buses are everywhere nearby.
By train beautiful other cities as Utrecht, Delft, The Hague, Rotterdam, and the famous Windmills are easily accessible.
Ofcourse there are lots of (boat)trips or bustrips organized to visit typical Dutch sites.
And who dares, can rent a bicycle, as almost all Amsterdam people ride a bike, but be carefull!

Das sollten Sie sehen oder unternehmen, während Ihrem Tausch bei uns
Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk Museum, Grachtenhuis, Anne Frank huis, Canals, park, shopping, restaurants, cafe.S, theatre, movie-theatres, Music Venues etc, close to ‘the Jordaan’. Easy public transport.
Walking to the city centre (Dam) is around 30 minutes.
We live almost next to a gym (Sportcity). Swimming pool inside is near (Marnixbad). Outside pools are not too far. Swimming is also possible in Sloterplas and the beaches are between 30-50 minutes reachable. Like Zandvoort by train, IJmuiden bij bus, and so on.
Other cities are easily reachable by train and/or bus. Zaanse Schans is also reachable by ferryboat or bus which leave from central station.
