Beschreibung unseres Tauschangebotes
Our house is built in 1919 and has original features and modern comfort. It offers nice spacious rooms with high ceilings.
We have a nice garden with several seating area, and from our house it is just a 3 minutes walk to the town center. There is enough space to park your car. We have 4 bedrooms, one we use as a studio for Tineke's Painting.. We have two double beds and one spare bed if necessairry. Our kitchen is well equipped, with fridge, freezer, oven, washingmachine.

Epe is a small and very nice village (20.000 inh.) with all kinds of shops and restaurants.
Apeldoorn and Zwolle are the nearest big city's easy to reach by bus in ca. 35 minutes. In our area you can make nice trips on bike or walks. There are a lot of picturesque little towns or villages to visit like: Elburg, Kampen, Nunspeet, Harderwijk, Heerde, Deventer, Zutphen.
Epe is situated on the Veluwe, an outstanding area of great natural beauty. Lots of woods and moreland. In the area also some small beaches for swimming or sunbathing.

From our house it is a short walk to the restaurants and shops in the centre.
Very nice to visit are the hanseatic towns like Elburg, Harderwijk, Hattem, Kampen, all within 30 minutes by car.
Apeldoorn offers tourist attractions such as: Apenheul, a forest full of roaming primates, which mingle freely with the visitors
Also the Royal Palace het Loo with nice gardens
a bit further national museum Kroller-Muller, biggest van Gogh collection, National Park Hoge Veluwe Otterlo.
