Beschreibung unseres Tauschangebotes
AVAILABLE Semana Santa 2024. Our condominium on the 6th floor in a small (34 unit), development in a residential area 1.5 miles from downtown La Paz. There is a private pool for residents and guests. There are 2 palapas for your use, one poolside and the other on the roof. Each palapa has barbecue facilities and tables and chairs for a meal. One of our favorite things is to grill dinner and watch the sunset from the roof.
The condominium has 2 bedrooms 2 baths, AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wonderful view, and friendly neighbors. We have a cellphone with a Mexican prepaid sim card for your use as well as a landline phone. Many Cell plans now include calls to and from Mexico. For those with a computer, broadband internet connection and a printer are available.
Our condo is 50 meters from the bay and a short drive from the world class beaches of Tecolote and Balandra. We have a 2 person kayak for your use. A car is helpful, but not absolutely necessary. Uber and Didi, another great rideshare are active in La Paz and very inexpensive. We use it every time we go out for dinner.

Our apartment is in a nice, quiet neighborhood 1.5 miles from La Paz malecon. There are many single family homes and very near is a lovely boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant and a great sunset view. It is a short walk to supermarkets and shopping as well as several restaurants.The bay is just steps away for kayaking and walking. Across the bay is a wonderful mangrove that is accessible with our kayak.

From our apartment it is an easy walk to grocery shopping. There is a serpentarium down the street with many of the indigenous reptiles and birds. We enjoy our neighborhood boutique hotel's restaurant as a convenient place for dinner and a view of the sunset.
One of our favorite activities is to walk the malecon(broad sidewalk between the sea and shops and stores in La Paz). Whale sharks can be watched and you can swim with them! This is the peak experience in La Paz. There are too many restaurants to list. They range from breakfast places to fish taco places to elegant evening places. They are enjoyed by everyone.
