We live in a small town, Ancona, capital-city of Marche, a region sited in the Centre of Italy on the oriental side along the Adriatic Sea. I am Ludovico (49 years old), businessman, my wife Federica (40 yrs) is psychologist, we have 2 children Jacopo Polo ( 8 yrs) and Ilaria India (4 yrs). Our house is about 230 square meters, built on two floors with two terraces of 100 square meters each, with breathtaking views over the city and the sea. The apartment is on the top floor of a building, that is located 10 min walking distance from the center of the city, and it takes 15 minutes by car from Portonovo, that is one of the most famous seaside resorts area of the Adriatic Sea, very famous for the beauty of the Marine park and sea. The house is equipped with air conditioning, 4 bedrooms (one small), 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 studio of 50 square meters and almost from all the room-windows you can enjoy the astonishing view the sea and lush vegetation. Just 5 minutes walk, you can find city park facilities for children or for sport activities and jogging, and only at 50 meters from the house, you have access to shopping area, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop and many other facilities. The city is very safe and you have access to the near harbor (in 8 hours you can go to Croatia, Greece 12 hours). Furthermore, in the very proximity you have access also to the airport with available flights to Italy (in 40-minute flight will arrive in Rome) and many direct flights to Europe (Paris, Londonm Madrid, Copenhagen etc. etc.) In 8 minutes only you can walk from home to the station and in 3 hours by train you can reach Rome, while in 4 hours by train you can visit many Italian art cities, like Florence, Venice, or Milan. Our car is at your disposal (Daewoo Sirion) and you can use a small scooter Yamaha SR 150, too. Also, you can freely enjoy our wireless internet and PC station. We also own a house in Croatia, in Murter, which is the nearest location to visit the beautiful Kornati Islands, one of the Unesco Heritage of Humanity. The villa is a new house built in 2008, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a total of 100 square meters, with a nice garden, and the property is located 250 meters from the sea and 80 meters from the center the village.
