Beautiful, newly built, country home, only 40km from Dublin city. Dublin airport is 40 minutes and Dublin city centre is 50 minutes drive. Close by are plenty of sites of historic interest such as Trim Castle, 30 minutes, Hill of Tara, 10 minutes and Newgrange, 20 minutes by car.

There is hiking in the Dublin mountains or along the Boyne river. The beach at Bettystown is 30 minutes by car. There are plenty of sporting activities to avail of (walking, cycling, horseriding, horse racing, fishing, many golf courses and coastal activities). For those interested in touring the country, motorway access is 10 minutes away.

Our home is spacious and newly built with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room has a cosy open fire, there is a large, modern, well-equipped, open-plan kitchen and spacious living room/sunroom. The master bedroom is ensuite, three of the bedrooms have double beds, one of these has a single bed and a fifth bedroom also has a single bed. Cots can be made available for small children. There is a large garden with a playground including swings, slide, a goal and climbing trees. We welcome families with or without children. We have three children, the eldest is a boy age 11 and we have twin 7 year olds, a boy and a girl.

Broadband/wireless internet available. Use of bicycles.
