Comfortable stand-alone home located in the village of Nangy, in Haute Savoie in France. Nangy enjoys a micro-climate with sunny and bright exposure, and a fantastic view over the French Alps and benefits from quiet and safe neighbourhood. Our house is situated less than 10 Km (by car) from Geneva and it’s beautiful lake, and surrounded by Mountains, providing us with plenty of great spots for hiking and skiing. Geneva airport and train station offer a great deal of destinations to visit Europe.
Our house is the oldest farm of the village from 1870’s which was nicely renovated and fully equipped with a mixture of high-end and vintage branded furniture. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable, and features nice volumes - the interior is about 140 square meters with 5 meters high ceiling in the half of the living room (the other being open on a play area with TV, couch and NVidia Shield android box to connect applications and games). There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (Jura professional coffee maker, Kitchenaid Juice maker, Electrolux, etc). In general, the house is fully equipped with almost all of the luxury accommodations one can think of such as 4K 55’’ flatscreen (with Netflix connected), DVD player.
There are three floors. The ground floor includes a large garage and a large underground/cave of about 40 square meters each. On the first floor, a large entrance gives on a large open kitchen, as well as a sleeping area with toilets, a master bathroom with spacious Italian shower, next to the parent’s bedroom. The second floor (only 6 stairs) is made of a large living and dining room with a fireplace, and an open playroom upstairs (open on the dining room) with a second flat TV connected to an NVidia Shield android box with Apps and games. The third and last floor contains 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilets. One of the amazing features of the house is the wooden terrasse and swimming pool with a breathtaking view over the French Alps (including a glimpse onto the Mont Blanc) and a nice garden where we grow our own vegetables.

The house is in a 900 square meter garden with a wooden swimming pool (5 x 3.5 m) and a 65 square meters wooden terrasse. There is a nice kitchen area with luxury gaz Barbecue under the shadow of the trees.
