Lovely family house in Berlin Westend, lakeview, next door to Berlin forrest and only 20min by public transport to downtown Berlin. This house is a dream for families who want to enjoy city on the one hand and still want to enjoy vacations with walking or cycling in the forrest or swimming in the lake. Even a sailing boot to enjoy Berlin waterways can be part of the exchange.
The house has 7 rooms, one bath and a seperate toilette, a nice terrace and a huge garden. The house has a piano and a music room in the basement with drumset, keyboard and PA. To relax from your days in the city you can enjoy the comfortable home cinema.

The house is part of a housing estate with 9 houses in the heart of a recreation area in Berlin. It is directly in the forrest, views the lake and is still closed to the city centre. The nighbors are friendly and include families with children and teens.
The area is Berlin Westend and is closed to the olympic stadium including the public swim stadium and the Waldbühne a famous spot for concerts. The Teufelsberg, the highest point in Berlin is a nice walk though the forrest and offers outstanding views over the city.

The real attraction of our home is the vicinity to forrest and the river Havel which appears like a lake in this area. You can recover from city life with walks in forrest or at the lake and you can be very active. The place is ideal for bicycles including spots for racing bikes, single trails for mountain biking or just nice ways for relaxed excursions. You find all kind of sport facilities including tennis, horse riding, sailing and a fittnes gym. There are many sailing clubs very closed by that have public restaurants offering good meals and a nice view over the lake for very reasonable prices.
