Our lovely two apartment is across the road from Toronto's most popular beach and boardwalk.Located in East Toronto this home has all the amenities with three large bedrooms; the master bedroom has an ensuite and a fireplace, there is a second bathroom for the other two bedrooms, one queen and one double, on the same floor and there is a washroom on the ground floor. The modern eat-in kitchen has a built in dishwasher, french doors opening to a deck, with a gas barbecue, and a garden that catches the afternoon sun.
The family room on the lower level has a flat screen TV (80+ cable channels), DVD, VCR, computers with high speed broadband cable and wireless connections and a pull out sofa bed.

Local shops, supermarkets, restaurants are within easy walking distance, under five minutes by car and the community open air swimming pool is less than 200 metres away. The Waterfront trail for walking, running or cycling is 200 metres away and bikes are available. Lake Ontario, the boardwalk and the Beach area is a ten minute walk away.
We are close to the Beach tourist area with specialty shops and many family, ethnic and fine dining restaurants.

We have a very friendly cat, although arrangements can be made for her, we would prefer exchangers who would appreciate her company.

Toronto has many attractions including theatres, amusement and leisure parks, zoos, cycle and walking trails - enough to satisfy both adults and children. As well there are numerous destinations, such as Niagara Falls and the Shaw and Stratford theatre festivals all within a two hour drive.
