I am a retired teacher who loves to travel.
My two sons are young professionals (lawyer & doctor) and are currently working in Vancouver.
My home is still a 'family' home, hence the photos will show the 'boy's' bedrooms, etc.
I have not yet divested myself of the family trappings, but will get around to that at some point.
In the meantime, you would be welcome to enjoy what I have here in this very comfortable and well-situated home.

4 bedroom family home suitable for a couple or possibly a family of 4. I am looking for NEAT/CLEAN guests who will enjoy the supremely convenient location. We are just steps from Edgemont Village, excellent fast public transportation to downtown vancouver, skiing on Grouse Mt. is just minutes away...public tennis courts, a giant new Recreation Centre is currently under construction and slated for completion in the spring of 2016 with pool, gym, fitness facilities, etc. Dozens of hiking trails start right out of our front door. Biking trails, and bike paths are found throughout the community, along with pubs, a liquor store within walking distances. You would not be disappointed to stay in Edgemont Village. Prospective buyers will pay a fortune for a home in this area!

Obviously, the windsurfing would be weather dependent, but there is scuba, horseback riding, kayaking on our North Shore.
