We live in an incredibly beautiful area of North Vancouver, Deep Cove.
Only 30 mins from downtown Vancouver. Deep Cove was originally a choice summer resort but is now a very sort after beautiful suburb retaining its village atmosphere with shops and cafes. Just cross the street to our Deep Cove Cultural Centre home to two theatre groups, Art Gallery and Heritage office.
Mount Seymour towers above us with skiing in winter, Mountain bike trails and hiking in summer.
The beach offers all water sports in summer and sits at the mouth of Indian Arm Inlet a spectacular fjord. Imagine sking in the morning and sailing in the afternoon. With the modern favourite Canadian city of Vancouver just a bus ride from here to reach all major attractions. Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge. All major cruise lines leave from Vancouver to Alaska April-Oct.
And Whistler sking only 2 hours away.
