Our large modern condominium is located in the heart of downtown Calgary. We're within a 10-minute walk or less to all amenities, including coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, boutiques, restaurants and bars. The river valley trail system is nearby which is perfect for walking, biking or rollerblading.

Calgary is the perfect location for outdoor activities such as downhill skiing/snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog-sledding, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking or just relaxing. Banff National Park is a one-hour drive away. Calgary is the home of the world famous Calgary Stampede, which runs for 10 days every July.

We're a responsible, professional couple with no children. We've traveled Thailand, Australia and Europe. We're interested in cultural experiences, adventure travel, surfing and water sports.

We'd love to exchange skiing and snowboarding for surfing and snorkeling. We'd also like to spend some time in Manhattan.
