We have a large single level 3 bed home, with large grass front garden and entertaining verandah in the back garden. The front of the house gets all the afternoon sunshine through the tall living area windows. There are 2 living and TV rooms. Screen doors at front and back so the summer breeze flows through the house to keep cool. Also has a ducted cooling system to keep each room cool in summer. Main bedroom also has en-suite bathroom.

Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a playground only 5 minutes walk away. We have a great library just across the road and 2 supermarkets only a 5 minute drive. It's a 10 minute drive to bustling Norwood with lots of nice restaurants and cafes. There's a bus stop to and from the city just around the corner, a trip into the city takes only 20 minutes.
Glenelg Beach is about a 30-40 minute drive and Stirling is a must-see in the Adelaide Hills . Morialta is nearby and has walking trails and a huge kids playground.

Morialta Falls is a 5 minute drive. There's the museum and art gallery in the city and great beaches at Glenelg and Henley about a 30 minute drive. There are plenty of wineries to the north and south of Adelaide, all with fantastic food, views and tastings.
