The home is situated on 7 acres on the banks of the Wallamba river. Not really suited for small children as the property is not fenced and the river is very close. It is a modest but comfortable home with lovely views front and back. This is a beautiful part of the world with many beaches and waterways. The closest shops are 5 mins drive, closest beach is about 8 min with shopping centre. Main town 10 mins which are the twin towns of Tuncurry/Forster with more lovely beaches, walks and lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a large shopping complex. A sanctuary to actually "get away" without being too far from anything. You do need a car here. Am happy with a car swap.
