Beautiful modern family home in lovely beach suburb. Our 5 years young home has 4 large bedrooms, all sleeping 2 people. 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, kids activity room and media room.
The kitchen has high end appliances and includes a coffee machine.
We have a lovely veggie garden out the front So you can pick some of your own home grown food. We also have a large under cover entertaining area, with heated swimming pool and bbq facilities.

Shell Cove is situated 1.5hrs south of Sydney. It is a coastal suburb of the Illawarra region. We live in a quiet part of shell cove. Killalea State Park is at the end of the street and it has a beautiful beach, only 10 minutes walk through the State Park.
Shell Cove also has a golf course, supermarket, cafes, restaurant and bakery. All convenient walking distance from our house.
We have A local bus available Monday to Friday Near our house, and a train station 15 minute walk from our house, making it easy to get around.
The Illawarra is renowned for its natural beauty. There are lots of bush walks, beautiful golden beaches, waterfalls, rainforests, national parks and waterfalls. All within short driving distance. Making the perfect day trips.

From our house, it is a short walk to the beach, Parks, supermarket, bakery, cafes and historic Shellharbour Village. Shellharbour village has numerous restaurants, cafes and beautiful parks and beaches.
The golf course is down the hill from our house.
You won’t be bored, with so much to do in our local area.
Sydney is 1.5 hours from our house and Canberra is an easy 2.5hr drive. Giving you lots of options for Daytrips.
