We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Within a gentle
5-10 minute walk you will find restaurants, shopping, cinema, parks, city bus
service and Brisbane river’s fabulous CityCat ferry transport. The ever popular Oxford Street precinct is a 5 minute drive or pleasant 30 minute walk away.
Brisbane is the capital city of Queensland with all the amenities of a large city. The iconic Gold Coast is a one hour drive away or easily accessed by public transport. Alternatively the Sunshine Coast is approximately a one and a half hour drive with all the beautiful hinterland to also explore.
The home is a fully renovated “Queenslander”. Upstairs you will find the kitchen and living areas, a study, master bed (king) with WIR and ensuite, second bed (double) and bath, covered deck and al fresco area. The downstairs area comprises of a bedroom (queen), bath, and living with kitchenette. This area may also be closed off to create a one bed flat.
