Life does not always adhere to our schedules, now does it? We are in the process of remodeling parts of our home and will be unable to complete the remodel before exchanging. As such, there are some "rough" areas of our decor - an unfinished floor and lack of landscaping is the most notable. Also, you must be very respectful of fire restrictions prohibiting outdoor burning of any kind (including smoking) which is currently not permitted due to severe drought conditions.
