Our home is situated in a beautiful residential setting with similar heritage homes. The house is extensively renovated while still preserving the charm of its coved ceilings, oak floors and wood burning fireplace. the family room and kitchen spans the back of the house and is our central gathering place. We enjoy cooking and entertaining hence a 5 burner gas stove and double stove were a must. A Miele dishwasher helps with the clean up! The children can play or watch a movie while meals are prepared. From there you walk out to a cute backyard with a stone patio enveloped by a grape vine xx perfect for al fresco dining. A comfortable seating area is a perfect spot from which to watch your pizza bake in the wood-fired oven or use the BBQ. The white twinkly lights have played host to many late evenings enjoyed with friends and a few bottles of wine.

Time to retreat for a good nights sleep. You will find 3 bedrooms upstairs. Two children’s bedrooms – one for a 14 year old boy and the other an 11 year old girl – both with twin beds. The boy’s room has a trundle bed if required. The master bedroom is very spacious with a 4 poster bed reading chaise and desk

There is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower on the main floor. The upstairs has a powder room and an ensuite to the Master Bedroom with marble shower.
