A mid-century family home overlooking Vancouver with a garden and easy access to public transit. There are three bedrooms upstairs (one with queen size bed, two with single beds), a full bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining room/living room leading onto the deck. Downstairs has two bedrooms (one with queen size bed, the second a single bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry and library/music room. The sofa in the library converts into a double bed.

Our neighbourhood is on a mountainside overlooking Vancouver. It is quiet, with many trees, well-tended homes and gardens. Please no smoking (of tobacco or anything else), noisy parties or loud music; we like our neighbours and don't want them disturbed. The downstairs office will be locked and, except if you need to shut off the water in an emergency, is off limits to guests. The fireplace in the living room smokes so please don't use it. The back garden may need watering occasionally. We ask you to leave our home in as good a condition as you find it.
