This summer is the 375th anniversary of Montreal and a lot of activities, festival and shows are planned to help you discover the city and its creative culture as well as its history (http://www.375mtl.com/en/). For instance, you will learn how the first settlers survived harsh northern winters and how the french speaking community of Quebec established and lasted through time in North America.

In the neighbourhood we a lovely commercial street two corners away. There is a park a few streets ouest. We have access to a cycling path that goes along the river side and another one protected bike path that connect with downtown. There is also a huge indoor skatepark and a sport complex a few minutes away.
