Nous sommes un couple de retraités. Notre résidence principale est à Orléans et nous avons une petite maison de vacances sur l'Île d'Oléron. En général nous ne faisons pas d'échange de maison fin juillet et au mois d'août car nous occupons à cette période notre maison de vacances où viennent nous rejoindre une partie du temps notre fille, notre gendre et nos 2 petits-enfants (10 et 12 et demi) qui habitent en région lyonnaise.

Small sunny house located in a nice seaside resort (St-Trojan-les-Bains on the isle of Oleron, 35 kms long) in a quiet street near all local amenities (market, tourist office, doctors...), within easy reach of the 3 main beaches by road or cycling paths. 2 bedrooms with twin beds in bedroom 1 and 2 single beds in bedroom 2. Bathroom recently renovated. Mini hi-fi system. Bikes at your disposal. The isle of Oleron is in one of the sunniest part of the French Atlantic coast. Linked to the
mainland by a bridge (6 kms from our house). Places to visit on the mainland : La Rochelle, Rochefort, Brouage, Saintes ...
