We live in the 13 th district, in a very nice and large appartment, 5 mn walk, fromPlace d’Italie, near buses and subway ; The street is very quiet.
The flat is on two floors, with a lift, and has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds (160x200 cm) each and 1 bed (90 x 200 cm ), a large living room and has also a modern kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower.
Near the city hall, there a lot of restaurants, cinema and a mall center. We are also near Jardin du Luxembourg, quartier Latin, Louvre, Montparnasse and it’s very easy to discover Paris. We can accommodate 5 personns in our appartment.
