We now have an exchange for summer 2018.
A large family house comfortably renovated in a small village in the Bordeaux vineyards with an enclosed pretty flower garden for outside eating. Close St.Emilion (20 mins) and Bordeaux (40 mins), with wonderful cycle paths and beautiful countryside. Arcachon and the Dune de Pyla are within a day's trip.

Our neighbourhood is quiet and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful. Our house is in the centre of the village (no shops). Tranquil and relaxing, wonderful cycle path on our doorstep (that takes you all the way into Bordeaux !) and under an hour's drive to lakes, Bordeaux, Saint Emilion and an hour and a half to the Atlantic coast.

We are surrounded by Bastide villages where there are local markets every day, on the doorstep of a cycle path and only 20 minutes from Saint Emilion with it's chateaux, wine domaines and restaurants. One hour drive to Bordeaux (Unesco site) and the Medoc wine valley. Two hour drive to the Dordogne (river and chateaux) or the Atlantic coast (Arcachon Bay and the Dune de Pyla)
