Our location is ideal for accessing and touring all parts of Victoria. Our house has a bright open plan living/dining/kitchen area overlooking the swimming pool and the gardens. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a bayside suburb which is within easy walking distance to the beach. The suburb of Beaumaris is surrounded by the sea on two sides. The house has wood and gas heating. There are walking tracks nearby which take you along and around the bay. .WiFi Internet access is available.

Local shops which provide access to basic shopping, restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance. Three major shopping complexes are within 15 minutes drive.

Melbourne central and all of it's cultural attractions and Tullamarine Airport are a 30-40 minute drive.
