Sonia and Eric’s house is very welcoming. The area offers many opportunities: towns (Toulouse, Albi, Carcassonne), small villages (Cordes sur le Ciel, Bruniquel), caves, rock paintings. Bioule is very calm. We have really appreciated the tennis court next to the house. Thank you for this opportunity!
Wonderful holidays in a wild-romantic country
Sonia made possible wonderful holidays in a beautiful, spacious, old house with lots of lovingly selected pieces of furniture, books, paintings, cartoons, artwork and home accessories. Everyday we came to her home, we discovered something new. Bioule is a lovely, nice and calm little village. We enjoyed the silence very much. Bioule provides many possibilities to visit medieval cities nearby (Albi, Carcassonne, Saint Antonin, Penne, Cahors, Bruniquel). Even Lascaux, where one can admire neolithic cave paintings, is within reach. The nearby river Aveyron is perfect for spending hot summer days.
Excellent séjour au bord de l'Aveyron
La maison de Sonia et Eric est très chaleureuse et accueillante. Nature, rando, canoë, baignade, de très beaux villages sont à proximité pour passer un excellent séjour. C'est le parfait endroit pour découvrir les gorges de l'Aveyron. Sonia donne beaucoup de bons conseils pour profiter pleinement de la région. Un très bel échange.

Agréable séjour dans un joli petit village
L’ancienne maison de Sonia est située dans le tranquille petit village de Bioule, bien placé pour visiter les nombreux jolis autres villages de la région, faire du canoë sur l’Aveyron, déguster les vins de Gaillac, randonner ou pédaler au cœur d’une nature sauvage et préservée… Nous avons apprécié de trouver la fraîcheur dans la maison, bien à l’abri de la chaleur extérieure. La maison est confortable, très bien équipée d’une multitude d’ustensiles et objets anciens ; nous nous y sommes senti très bien et y avons passé d’agréables moments. Merci à Sonia et sa famille de nous avoir permis de profiter de la lecture de leurs innombrables livres, bandes dessinées et autres romans et ouvrages de toutes sortes.
Charming old house in beautiful region
We enjoyed our stay at Sonia's & Eric's house in Bioule. It is located in a beautiful region with plenty of things to do. We visited the old villages and towns, made nice walks (despite the warmth), experienced the French cuisine and enjoyed the many waterside opportunities. Staying in their home - an old renovated house, spacious and cool, in the middle of an old quiet village - was a very nice experience! Thanks a lot to Sonia and Eric for the nice welcome. We wish you many more exchange opportunities!
Cozy house in the center of a French village
The house of Sonia is a 19th century house in the centre of a French village in the department of Tarn-et-Garonne. In the area you can make many nice trips. Although it was very hot during our stay, the house remained cool. The house has many cozy rooms and has a charming little garden. Sonia provided tourist information and we could ask her anything. Highly recommended!
Un superbe séjour à Bioule
Merci Sonia pour ce bel échange ! La maison est très charmante et confortable, nichée dans un village calme et ravissant. Nous avons sillonné la région sous un beau soleil : Moissac, Albi, les gorges de l'Aveyron. De belles découvertes aux portes de Bioule. Et un petit coup de coeur pour les spécialités gastronomiques régionales qui accompagné notre séjour : le Rocamadour, les viennoiseries de la boulangerie de Bioule et les produits glanés sur le marché de Caussade.
Alla scoperta del Tarn et Garonne
Abbiamo trascorso un'ottima vacanza in zone affascinanti, in cui la rigogliosa natura dei fiumi, dei monti e delle campagne si sposa perfettamente con un ricco patrimonio storico-culturale, tutto da scoprire. Borghi medievali arroccati, città d'arte di storia antica, grotte con testimonianze primordiali, abbazie e castelli accoglienti al passaggio lento del viaggiatore. Questa parte di Occitania è una terra remota che sembra preservarsi al meglio, fiera del suo passato e placida nel vivere il presente. L'ospitalità di Sonia, Christian, Lazare e Tobias impeccabile, la casa accogliente e adatta alle esigenze dei bambini, la comunicazione eccellente.

Maison spacieuse et agréable dans un joli village
Nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans la maison de Sonia & Christian, entre les marchés dans les plus beaux villages de France (mention spéciale pour celui de St Antonin noble val !), les promenades en canoë kayak dans l'Aveyron, les visites patrimoniales (l'abbaye de Moissac n'est pas loin), tout en appréciant le calme de la maison et de Bioule pour des moments de repos et de lecture (avec d'heureuses découvertes dans leur bibliothèque !).

Scambio Roma - Bioule
Ottima esperienza. Nel contesto dei villaggi medioevali di cui è ricca la zona, Bioule è in paese delizioso e tranquillo, che gode di una favorevole posizione lungo il suo fiume. La casa che ci ha ospitato è confortevole ed accogliente. I proprietari sono persone veramente squisite. Splendida vacanza!
By the rivers, to discover the south-west of Franc
We spent two very pleasant weeks, relaxing for all the family, in a region rich of history and cheered from evocative landscapes. We were guests in a ancient and lovely house, located in the centre of a small and beautiful village along the Aveyron river, within hills and fields. A perfect starting point for walking and cycling. The thick house walls preserved from the summer heat, while the small and pretty garden allowed relaxing readings. We enjoyed the visit of Toulouse, Albi, Carcassone and many other fortified villages (bastides). We also spent very pleasant days along the rivers (Garonne, Lot,...) and we have been admired by the calm beauty of the "Canal du Midi". Thanks to our guests who made possible this beautiful experience!
