• We loved this home, it was amazing!!

  We thouroghly enjoyed our 10 day stay in the lovely Rosmuc area of Conemara. The house is very spacious and very relaxing with plenty of rooms to relax in and for the kids to play. The house location offers an idyllic view of the water and the surounding countryside. You could spend hours on end looking at the view. We explored the local area and drove to Clifden and Roundstone to name a few places where we sampled the country roads and beutiful landscape. On reccomendation, we went to Wildlands (Zip Line/Activity place for the kids) which was brilliant. It was an extremely relaxing holiday and a beutiful part of Ireland and we would definitly come back for sure!! Thanks again to Roisin and her family for hosting us, they gave us great local information, were very responsive and we would definitley reccomend them as exchange partners!

  We enjoyed our two weeks‘ stay in the lovely and spacious house in Rosmuc very much! The house offers a unique view on the sea, peninsulas, hills and islands. We could discover the interesting surroundings, for example Pearse’s cottage and museum (and the importance of Gaelic), the walking trail through the bogs next to Ballyconeely (first transatlantic flight, wireless radio station), the beautiful house and the walled gardens at Kylemore Abbey, drive on Skyroad next to Clifden with breathtaking views, take a boat in Killary Fjord, enjoy the nice beaches, climb on Diamond Hill (Connemara National Park at Letterfrack), pass an evening with traditional Irish music and dance, get an impression of Celtic traditions at St. Bridged’s garden… It was a relaxing and interesting holiday – and we would like to thank the Morgan family for their warm welcome in their home! It’s lovely place to live at and we would enjoy coming back to Connemara again.
