  Notre séjour chez vous a été une vraie réussite. La localisation de votre maison permet, sans faire de centaines de km, d'avoir accès à de multiples sites. Claire nous avait aussi laissé d'excellents guides de rando. On en a bien profité. L'environnement de la maison est très sympa également. Et il y a des hamacs partout. La maison est encore en travaux mais qd l'étage sera terminé, je pense que ce sera une vraie pépite.

  Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à côté du lac d Annecy. Un grand merci à Claire et à sa famille pour nous avoir très bien informés sur tout ce qu il y avait à visiter, à faire dans leur région. Nos filles ont également apprécié la compagnie de leur 2 chats ! Les nombreux jeux de société, les hamacs !.. Cette première expérience d échange de maison nous encourage à continuer pour découvrir d'autres horizons!

• Wonderful stay in the mountains

  We were welcomed very friendly with a tour of the house and felt immediately at home. What a wonderful view of the mountains and a lovely and spacious garden with terrace, vegetable garden, hammock and table tennis. Just some minutes walk to a stream to play and cool off. Our daughters enjoyed all the toys, games and comics. We loved our stay in this beautiful area, close to lake Annecy (swimming, hiking) and the mountains (hiking, sports). Having lunch at lovely Lac de Thuy, watching stars lying on our back in the garden, visiting Cascade d'Angon and mount Sambuy, climbing La Tournette, eating 'crepes' and so much more. Just a perfect exchange! Thank you family for our wonderful stay.

  We had a great holiday in France. The area is amazing and the family are really helpful and friendly. Our children are the same age so were able to use each others toys. Our house was left spotless and we would be happy to recommend this family for a house swap. We had 2 great weeks exploring the local area and relaxing in the beautiful garden. Our favourite places to visit were; the lakeside beach, the climbing park 5 minutes away, outdoor pool at La Clusaz, Chamonix including cable car and Annecy. The local town of Thones is very close by and has an outdoor pool, museum, climbing park, cafes, shops and restaurants. Thank you for our swap. We hope to keep in touch :-)

• Harte-Savoie with the family Baptiste Barrin

  We loved our stay in Thones. The home of the family Baptiste-Barrin is situated in an area where there is lot to do. We are a family with 2 childeren with a great age difference and our 2 boys enjoyed the area. Very nice walkingroutes. Big ones and little ones. The lake Annecy that is nearby, with lot of pleasure for big and small. Everything we needed during our stay was present in their home. The family leeft also lot of information. Finallly : what a vieuw when sitting on the terrace. During our stay we ate as much as possible outside so we could enjoy the vieuw while the kids where playing in the garden. Thanks for having us in Your home. It was a first great experience. The Skype before the Exchange was a nice way to see and speak with each other.
