  Of all our many exchanges throughout the world, this rated very highly with great communication all the way through, extreme kindness on their part meeting us at the airport and taking us home, before sitting us down to a lovely light lunch ! Their home was very comfortable and SO different being higher than the Wellington Lookout (amazing views) whereas 'The Boathouse' is below flood level and literally used to house a boat 100 years ago ! We were able to re-pay some of their kindness when they came to our place and they left 'The Boathouse' and car in a pristine condition. Thanks Jane and Stuart.

  The magic of the city below was a nightly feast. The little village of Brooklyn has everything you need including a wonderful restaurant the Salty Pidgeon, Cinema & great cafes. Wellington has SO much to offer including getting to see the Hurricanes win on home ground. Loved this place
