Hot days at the lake
We experienced a wonderful summer week in Monica and Enrico's perfectly equipped apartment. There is an incredible amount to experience and see at Lake Como, we could only do a fraction of it, also because it was partly very hot. There are beautiful villas and gardens to visit, nice little towns but also Milan, which is very convenient to reach by train in just 40 minutes. An all-around perfect vacation week, which also our two teenagers liked a lot. Many thanks for everything and especially the friendly communication, Monica and Enrico!
We had a wonderful holiday in Enrico and Monica's home. There was so much to do. The house was very well located and everything perfect. Enrico and Monica were very helpful. We would highly recommend this family home.
La situation de la maison est idéale pour pouvoir profiter du lac et du centre ville. Une abondante documentation est à disposition pour tirer partie du séjour. la décoration soignée de la maison gardait encore toute la chaleur de la fête de Nöel. Ce fut un échange très agréable.
Das Haus war sehr geräumig, sauber und die Beschreibungen sehr genau und verständlich. Wir durften die Fahrräder benutzen und die Umgebung damit sher bequem erkunden. Wir haben aber auch einige Wanderungen gemacht, die uns sehr gefallen haben. Wir haben die ganze Woche sehr genossen. Das Wetter war fantastisch.
An unusual holiday
It is easy to evaluate an exchange when everything is fine, but it is when there are difficulties that the true value of sharing emerges. Due to some health problems that emerged from the very first hours of our stay in Lecco, unfortunately we could not visit anything in the city and in the area, but the holiday was still perfect: thanks to a cozy, spacious, ventilated, comfortable apartment, so close to all facilities; thanks to a enjoyable roof garden (and the indispensable trampoline!); thanks to the long-distance support of Monica and Enrico and thanks to other kind and helpful people in the neighborhood, such as Betta and Claudio with their daughters, and the boys who live next door ... and who immediately became great friends with my sons. Dear Monica and Enrico: I was lucky enough to meet Pavel, I hope one day to meet you too. Alla prossima! Ciao, Agnese

Bella vacanza sul lago di Como!
La casa si trova in una posizione ottima per la visita della città di Lecco e per tutte le partenze per le visite nei dintorni. Varenna, Bellagio, Maneggio sono facilmente raggiungibili (treno + traghetto). Monica, Enrico e i loro figli sono persone speciali! Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno che abbiamo trascorso sul lago di Como.

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans votre espace de vie qui respire la chaleur familiale, les valeurs humaines et spirituelles. Nous avons beaucoup marché et avons découvert des paysages magnifiques ( Bellagio, Varenne, Piani di Erna ...) et avons mangé dans ce restaurant très sympathique à Pescarenico . Une très belle semaine !
We had wonderful days in Lecco!
We found a folder very well prepared by Monica and Enrico with a lot of interesting places to discover! We tried many of the suggestions they made and enjoyed each of them! The cosy apartment has everything you need. We espacially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the Italian „dolce vita“ around us. The beautiful Lake Como is a paradise, you find romantic villages, lovely villas and gardens , full of art and culture surrounded by high mountains with tremendous views to the highest peaks oft he Alps. Really a nice place and a gentle family
We came back here one more time, because of the nice places and the cosy home. This time we also went to Milan and Como by train (only half an hour!). This kind family prepared for us a typical dish called "pizzoccheri", which I suggest you to try. Before leaving, don't forget to buy some exquisite chocolate products in the local factory. I repeat again, it's worth a visit!
We had a wonderful time in Lecco
It was a pleasure to swap with you. We really enjoyed exploring Lecco, the area around Lecco and along the coast of the lake. We loved doing a hike in the mountains and swimming in the lake during one day. Thank you for your warm welcome with typical Italian food and for all the information you provided for us.
Bella casa accogliente, belle persone!
We spent a few days at home of this kind family. The flat was really comfortable and in a useful place near the lake. Lecco and its surroundings are very fascinating and cosy, the beautiful lake is placed in a convenient area near to Milan and to Swiss, not surprising that this place inspired the most famous italian novel (The Betrothed). Unfortunately we had only few days to stay in this city, which absolutely worth a visit
We loved to be in Lecco
We loved the authentic surrounding and the warmly athmosphere of the flat. We met the family to change the keys and the where very sympatical. If we had a problem or a question the guest family always helped us. Even during the holiday! All we needed was in the flat and more. The surrounding is perfect: The mountains, the lake and wonderful cities direct to reach! Milano,Como,Bellagio and Varenna- how great! Even Lecco has a pretty old town with shops and the loved italian icecream- we never mind... The neighbours are very friendly and the surrounding quiet. The look out of the windows is amazing with the near mountains. Against the ad we could not use the washing mashine and the garage. But there is a launderette near the flat. We always found a free parking place. So it wasn't too bad. We loved it...
Sehr gute Basis für Ausflüge
I was wrong- the didn't mention that we can use the washing machine and the garage. But however: It is no problem because wenalways found a parking place and a launderette is 3min away...
