We had a wonderful stay in the Broderick's charming home. It's a beautifully restored cottage with plenty of space both inside and outside, and plenty of activities to keep kids busy. Aisling had a lovely welcome for us and a nice welcome basket. They provided an extensive information booklet and were always happy to answer any questions we had. We were surrounded by the countryside, with a short drive to the towns of Clarinbridge and Oranmore, Oranmore is a lovely seaside town with a range of restaurants and pubs catering to locals and tourists alike. Great base to visit the West and the Wild Atlantic Way. We would highly recommend.

Many thanks for your warm welcome. We spent a great week in your lovely and spacious home. The open kitchen was great to share good moments with all the family. The location of the house is perfect, within an hour drive from many of the best spots on the west coast. We were lucky to get a sunny day in our visit to Moher Cliffs and Aran Islands. We also enjoyed Galway and some restaurants in Oranmore. A great family trip! Muchas gracias familia Broderick
Home from home - thanks for a lovely exchange
We enjoyed a lovely half-term break in Aisling and David’s home. Felt at home straight away, not least thanks to the warm fire and tasty welcome gifts. The house was very comfortable, cosy and easy to live in. Lots of good suggestions for things to see and do, which we were able to take advantage of. And easy access to all the natural beauty of Galway and Clare, whatever the weather threw at us. Thank you a very successful exchange.

Merci pour ce fantastique échange. Votre maison est superbe avec tout le confort et les commodités. L Irlande est un magnifique pays et en particulier votre région. Galway est une ville très festive où nous avons pu profiter des plages et nous baigner. Nous avons adoré le Connemara, le Burren. Autour de Clarinbridge, il y a beaucoup d endroits à voir: Kinvara, les îles d Aran, Cliffs of Moher, Doolin la plage de Fanore… ce fut des vacances reposantes, riches en paysages fantastiques pour les enfants et nous. On reviendra pour encore profiter de ces merveilles et de la gentillesse des irlandais. Merci pour tout
Lovely family home in a great location
We had a wonderful stay in the Broderick family home. Everything was exactly as described and communication with Aisling was excellent. The home was clean and comfortable and the garden provided lots of entertainment for the kids with a trampoline, goal and archery set. We also loved petting the horses every morning in the neighbouring field. The location of this home is great with so many things to do close by. We had some wonderful days at Lahinch and Salthill beach where we took part in a family surf lesson and jumped off the high diving tower at Blackrock.We also visited Cliffs of Moher, Doolin caves, wildlands (where we did the high ropes and orienteering) and an aqua park at Kilrush. We had a fantastic week and many happy memories were made. Thanks so much to the Broderick family for the use of their lovely home.
Beautiful house great for all the family!
We had a wonderful stay at Aisling and David's lovely home. We arrived to a gorgeous lit fire which made the house so warm and cosy. The children were delighted with all the toys and we passed a very relaxing few days here. We enjoyed a trip into Galway where we walked the prom in Salthill. We ate at Moran's on the Weir and Paddy Burke's, both nearby and had some lovely walks around Clarinbridge. All communications with Aisling and David were very easy and helpful. We would highly recommend this lovely, welcoming home.
Great few days in Clarinbridge
We had a lovely few days in Aisling and David’s lovely home. Loads of space and a great garden and everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Clarinbridge is a lovely spot and an easy drive to nearby Oranmore and Galway for shopping and restaurants. Great access to North Clare and a beautiful drive all the way out to Connemara and the Wild Atlantic way. Lots to do for all ages in the area.
A most enjoyable stay!
We have just returned from a most enjoyable stay in Clarinbridge. The house was beautifully decorated and was ideal for a young family. It was tidy, welcoming & had lots of toys for the children to play with. There is also a beautiful secure garden which we enjoyed in the evenings. This house is also a fantastic base to visit the west of Ireland; we went to the Aran Islands, nearby Oranmore, Galway city and the Burren during our stay. Aisling also left a very guide advising on local attractions which was very helpful. This was also our first house swap, and Aisling’s help was fantastic. She was a pleasure to communicate with throughout.
A cosy and spacious home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aisling's home. There was so much space for the kids and plenty of toys. The house was clean and the beds were very comfy and fresh. Aisling was a,pleasure to deal with. We would recommend a stay here.
Thanks so much to Aisling & David for a truly wonderful holiday in Galway. Their home is absolutely stunning, luxurious and relaxing. Clarinbridge is a lovely village with plenty of good food options, nice walks and even some shops to browse! An excellent location for exploring Galway and the Wild Atlantic Way including the Burren & The Cliffs of Moher . Communication was easy and relaxed. Lots to keep kids entertained.... A beautiful and modern home in Galway.
We were made to feel so welcome, everything we could ask for and more. Your home is set in a lovely peaceful setting yet you are only a short drive to nice villages, towns and great beaches. Big thank you to Aisling, David and your family for sharing your home with us!
Perfect home for visiting Galway.
We had a really lovely time in Galway. Aisling and David’s home was perfect for us. We had everything that we needed and it was warm and comfortable. All information that we received was accurate and it was a pleasure to communicate with them. We visited the Aran Islands, met some relatives nearby, and spent a day in Galway city shopping and listening to traditional Irish music.
Great house and lovely surroundings
We had a fantastic holiday in Aisling and Davids home. It was a perfect set up for our family of 5, lovely and spacious home with everything we needed. The area was also very lovely with lots to visit. We especially loved driving to find beaches and spending time in Galway. This was our first swap and we were more than happy with how it went. Great info left for us to go through and we enjoyed hanging out in the house as well as visiting places.
Wonderful stay in a great part of Ireland.
Aisling was great to deal with it throughout. Her house was fantastic and exactly as described. Generous welcome package with lovely treats for when we arrived. Really appreciated. Loads to do and see around the area which kept us all entertained.
Aisling and David with their child have been a very pleasant family for exchange our home,they have a fantastic house and it´s very well situated for walk around and visit Ireland.House is in a very quiet zone , and it´s very well conected with all citys.We have been enjoyed a lot.Also they lent their car and it have been perfect for moving.It have been firts time we swap, but sure will have more...Thank you very much to Aisling and family. Great Swap in County Galway.
We had a lovely exchange in Galway. What a beautiful country house. We really enjoyed touring each day to Galway, Salthill, The Burren a few times. Brand new state of the art house. Would highly recommend. Lovely toys for the children.
