  We met Charlie and Liz when they arrived for a non- simultaneous exchange in Florida in 2019 and they were there to greet us at their lovely home in ,Thurlestone, Devon, four years later. Due to illness we were unable to exchange the same year, then Covid came, so two more years passed. They were so gracious to honor an agreement made so long ago. Bungers was lovely. Down a little lane it had views of the bay from the expansive front patio and every night we sat outside in the cool. A really hot summer week, we stayed cool when indoors with always a through breeze. Beautifully equipped kitchen for cooking but the local pub just up the road catered for every taste, as did the various old haunts in Salcombe and Kingsbridge. We were able to walk to the beach for a swim and explore the village with its village store. We were very sad to leave such a super venue.

  We have had a wonderfull holiday in this house. Nice views and a very bright home. Charly was very helpful.

  The house is perfectly situated to enjoy coastal walks, golf and small village life. The home is very comfortable and has every convenience. The view is hard to beat. Liz and Charlie are very accommodating and they took great care of my home while in Florida.
