• The full Amsterdam experience

  We had a wonderful time in Aalsmeer. The house is cosy, we all loved the garden, the pool and the pets, and nearly every day we went by bike to Amsterdam to spend the day and evening there. The location is great for the full Amsterdam experience! We also went to different beaches (by car 25 or 35 minutes). The communication with Hielke was very uncomplicated. Thanks for doing the swap with us!

  Very interesting exchange in a beautiful country. The house is perfect for visiting almost all of Holland. We had a great holiday with our three children. The house is large and well equipped. Hielke is very welcoming and provided us with good addresses and maps. Warm welcome and communications.

  Great place! So close to Amsterdam by bike (around 30 minutes), through the amazing Amsterdam Forest (Amsterdamse Bos) and arriving right into Vondelpark in downtown Amsterdam and its famous museums. The house is very ample with a huge garden and full equipped. Hielke and Jerome were very kind and preparing the swap with them was very easy and simple. Their home has also an easy connection by car with the airport and it is close to many other Dutch cities (between 30-30 minutes by car): Harlem and beaches, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague, Edam, Voldam, Leiden... We have lived a great Dutch summer in a beautiful house.

  Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno nella casa dei nostri amici. Questa era molto spaziosa e non mancava niente, inoltre a nostra disposizione una vasca Jacuzzi dove, alla sera, quando tornavamo stanchi da una giornata intensa da turisti, ci immergevamo per rilassarci. I nostri amici ci hanno permesso di usare la loro auto, e così abbiamo potuto visitare tanti bei luoghi nei dintorni della loro casa. Abbiamo fatto amicizia con i loro due gatti, molto affettuosi e golosi di cibo. Grazie anche per essere stati disponibili al nostro arrivo e alla nostra partenza per accompagnarci in aeroporto. Al nostro ritorno abbiamo trovato la nostra casa in ordine e il nostro gatto curato e coccolato.Consigliamo vivamente questi soci per uno bellissimo scambio dove potrete vivere veramente come uno del posto e non come un qualsiasi turista. • Great house for exploring the region

  While the family was away with their mobile home we were allowed to stay in their cosy home. The house was very welcoming and had enough space and rooms to house a large family. We all fell in love with the double shower and the Sonos-music in every room. We used the house as a starting point to explore the region: Amsterdam bos, Amsterdam city, Haarlem, Den Haag and of course the seaside in Zandvoort.
