• Wonderful days in Seven Oaks, Kent

  In Seven Oaks Anne and Mike have a typical old English house with a beautifull garden. The neighbours are very friendly. The rooms are very spacious,nicely decorated and you can eat in the kitchen but also in the lovely conservatory if the weather is too bad to eat outside. We were in Tunbridge Wells , a lovely old city with a lot of restaurants and walked the North way in Trosley Country, a beautifull landscape.So we had a wonderfull time and we highly recommend the house for an exchange!

• Tranquil, Rural bolthole

  This is a wonderful, rural location if you need to access Kent/London but don't want to be in the city. We walked many miles in the wooded park nearby and cycled or walked across the fields to the pub in the evenings.... all very idyllic. Anne and Mike are perfect hosts, super-chilled and very positive communicators. They have the most enormous kitchen and every gadget necessary for coffee lovers...I was in heaven! many thanks to you both. Henry and Ruth

  Grazie a Anne e Mike per averci dato la possibilità di frequentare i luoghi descritti da Elizabeth J. Howard nei romanzi dei Cazalet. Il cottage, sebbene non fosse vicino a negozi e centri commerciali, era comodo alla stazione ferroviaria che collega Meophan a Londra dove siamo andati diverse volte. Abbiamo fatto belle escursioni al castello di Leeds, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells. Ottima la comunicazione e l’accog di Anne e Mike.

  We had a wonderful 4-day-trip to the English countryside! We enjoyed the coastal villages and the nice walks in the surroundings. Leeds castle and Dover are not far and absolutely worth visiting. The house was clean and very spacious and the kids spent hours playing pool :-) We had very good contact with the family and received lots of good tips. We found our house nice and clean on our return. We look back on a very nice home exchange!

  Nos ha encantado este viaje, en vuestra casa hemos vivido momentos muy agradables que recordaremos siempre. Hemos disfrutado de un clima increíble, días preciosos, una naturaleza en plenitud, mucho sol. La casa es magnífica, muy bonita la cocina, casi se podría vivir en ella. La habitación de matrimonio con vistas al jardín y el solario son inolvidables. El estanque de los peces también. El sur de Inglaterra nos ha encantado, recordaremos toda la vida los espectaculares acantilados blancos y los pubs de pueblo tan acogedores. Viajar a Londres ha sido sencillo y es una ciudad que nunca se termina de ver, siempre quieres volver. Un maravilloso intercambio, muchas gracias por haberlo hecho posible.
