A wonderful exchange!
We've always loved Amsterdam, but to be able to stay in a wonderfully furnished apartment in a beautiful house on the canal was a real privilege. Great, neighbourhood, lots to do, close to transport links and a balcony to relax on. Plus lots of helpful tourist information compiled by Frans and Fred. Thank you both for sharing your home with us.
A fantastic place
We had a lovely time in Amsterdam. Frans and Fred's house is incredibly well located but there is magic inside also, it is so beautiful and special inside. Communication was perfect, they were very helpful and gave us useful tips. We could have stayed much longer !
Merci pour ce merveilleux échange, appartement idéalement placé sur le canal des Princes et dans notre quartier coup de coeur : le Jordaan. Un appartement somptueux, spacieux, lumineux et entièrement décoré en style Art Déco par 2 collectionneurs passionnés... un bijoux !!! L'échange de vélos est idéal pour parcourir toute la ville, un bonheur. Nous rêvons déjà de revenir !

“ A dream house in a wonderful city ” When we asked Frans & Fred for a exchange, we were so happy when they accepted! We have never been to such a beautiful "Grachten"-house before, it was really impressive. The contact before and during the exchange has been affectionate and helpful. Everything was well arranged, very spacious and clean. Thank you very much for the warm welcome letter and the presents. We enjoyed every minute in your house as well as our excursions in the beautiful Amsterdam, thanks a lot!
Feeling like at home and very very nice hosts
This was maybe the best home swap ever: not only because of the beauty of the city and because of the very nice home (where we felt immediately... at home), but above all because of the extreme kindness of our hosts. Fred and Frans took care of our cat in Toulouse, and our only regret is not to have met them yet! Thanks very very much, Fred and Frans, we'll never forget neither Amsterdam nor you both! It was a great and marvelous exchange! only great records forever! The house is in one of the most beautiful area in Amsterdam.
