  • Peaceful barn

We enjoyed exploring Norwich and the Norfolk Coast. Mark and Charlotte's barn is in a quiet, pleasant location. Good bed and bathroom and we were grateful they allowed us to invite our friends and son along to celebrate and see the New Year in. Easy to communicate with and much appreciated. Thank you both.

  • Really enjoyed our stay here!

Mark and Charlotte's home in the converted barn was wonderful, very comfortable, clean and full of character (with an amazing bath!), as well as being in a very peaceful spot. It was a perfect location to explore north Norfolk and Norwich and we made the most of it! Mark and Charlotte are experienced exchangers so the information that they gave us prior, and during the exchange was excellent, including lots of leaflets, maps, books and recommendations about the local area, that we found very useful. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in a fantastic place!

  • Lovely house in a good location in Norfolk.

Thanks Mark and Charlotte. We had an excellent short stay. The house is beautiful. We were very comfortable there. Your directions for getting there were clear and helpful, as was the house info. Your suggested visits were all good and there’s so much more! The location is great for Coast, Broads, and the many interesting towns and villages. We enjoyed all the independent shops. We would happily have stayed longer.

  • Bucolic Norfolk in a heatwave

We had an enjoyable 5 day exchange, despite the hottest UK days on record, in Mark's and Charlotte's pleasant, spacious and peaceful barn conversion. Less enjoyable was coping with the extreme heat, and hearing and worrying about the fires which broke out elsewhere in Norfolk. The countryside around Sparham was lovely and family visits for my 93 year old mother, who was with us, went well too. Thanks to both.

  • We enjoyed our week’s stay, many thanks.

  • Wonderful converted barn in great setting

We loved Mark and Charlotte’s home and enjoyed having coffee in the super king sized bed overlooking fields. It was in a beautiful spot and we did some local walks and explored North Norfolk, Cromer, Sheringham, Wells on Sea, Holt, Holkham Hall. We went to the Kings Arms for a Sunday roast and The Crown for a meal and quiz, both in Reepham, and had a cream tea in the garden centre down the road. We loved our time there, Norfolk is a hidden gem and we’d be very happy to swap again. A big thank you.

  • A great Norfolk Shropshire swap

Thank you for an excellent exchange in your comfortable and welcoming home. A lovely part of the world!

  • We felt really at home in this charming comfortable cottage with its lovely courtyard garden. Quorn is a pretty village with some great pubs and restaurants, its location perfect for scenic local walks or days out exploring the surrounding areas by car. We had the best time and easy communications throughout made for a wonderful exchange, thank you

  • We met Mark and Charlotte for a drink before our exchange, which was very helpful. The barn was very spacious and we enjoyed a glass of wine in the garden early one evening. Sparham is in a very beautiful part of Norfolk.

  • We enjoyed this exchange.

The house is an interesting barn conversion, in a very rural, quiet setting, where a car is needed. We loved visiting the north coast of Norfolk, which is about a half hour drive away. The whole area would be ideal for cycling.

  • Short notice but sweet exchange

We were pleased to respond to your short notice request and thanks for the opportunity to explore your attractive part of the world. Contact and staying was nice and easy. We settled quickly, enjoyed ourselves and even the October weather smiled on us. Thanks for leaving our place clean & tidy. All the best.

  • A very quiet "island" of peace due to the nice gro

Here children may play everywhere, even in the road, without any danger, and the families living inside are extremely polite towards foreign people. Simply by a bicycle or by feet you can reach the Asee (a small lake surrounded with a park) or even the historical center of the town. Easy bus connections are available too. Muenster ... one of the most liveable towns I have never seen ... at human scale.
