• A great spot in sunny Florida

  A great spot for exploring all of the Gulf Coast (and surrounds). Jane's house is so comfortable and well stocked that we felt at home very quickly. We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and still didn't manage to see everything in the area (despite doing something every day). It goes to prove that Florida isn't just about the theme parks! Jane left her home ready for us to relax, and treated our home with respect. A fab holiday.

• A great and very relaxing vacation

  We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater very much. Jane’s house offers everything you may need to pass a perfect vacation. She left very helpful information and leaflets to explore the Clearwater and St Petersburg area. The beaches are very near and in comparison with European beaches they are not at all crowded. We enjoyed wonderful sunsets and especially loved Caladesi Island State Park, which seemed to be like paradise. Among a lot of other things we recommend to visit the Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, it’s really great. During our stay we were in touch with Jane via Whatsapp and exchanged tips with each other. The communication was always perfect. Thanks a lot for letting us stay in your cosy home, you are always welcome to come round when you are in Europe again.

• Great Location in Lovely Townhouse Condo

  Jane's lovely quiet three bedroom condominium is perfectly located in the Tampa Bay area for exploration of the charming and artsy communities, beaches and outdoor activities in the area. We spent days exploring St. Petersburg's museums and galleries, Safety Harbor's colorful arts community, Tarpon Springs Greek sponge heritage and Dunedin's shops. The beaches of Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Belleair and others are only 20 minutes away and Weeki Wachi Springs has canoe/kayaking trips (manatee sightings!) that are 45 minutes from her home. Our exchange was for two weeks and there was still much we wanted to see! We never had an opportunity to use the condominium's swimming pool or take advantage of the list of restaurants she advised and we didn't spend nearly enough time sipping coffee on her screened porch. Though we didn't play tennis, Jane is an avid tennis player who could direct you to her favorite courts! It was fun to exchange texts of advice and photos during the exchange!
