  This home suited us perfectly! The location was outstanding - just off the beaten path to have some peace, but close to all the action. Shopping and restaurants very close by. Beautiful home with shutters to throw open to greet the day, and comfortable bedding and furniture. We truly felt like a local living in the beautiful home - just perfect!

  The flat is fairly spacious and atmospheric, with some nice features, such as the full-height bedroom windows at the rear looking onto a canal -- and the location is great. However, a number of things could be improved: (a) more detailed information about the apartment, the area and good local restaurants and shops could be provided; (b) the bath should have a proper shower, with shower screen; (c) the towels provided are very small and thin -- northern Europeans prefer much bigger, thicker towels; (d) most importantly, the apartment should be fitted with some kind of wi-fi device, even if it is only a plug-in device that can be re-charged at a TIM or WIND shop by the guests; (e) the kitchen could use a little refurbishment; (f) and during hot weather, you could provide one or two portable electric fans. These small additions would improve the overall guest experience enormously. But despite these issues, we did enjoy our stay enormously.
