• Beautiful home in a great location.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in Arturo and Nuria's beautiful home in a gated community conveniently located a car drive from downtown Madrid. We enjoyed the walking path on the grounds of the complex and went swimming in the lovely pool most days. There were also tennis,racketball and basketball courts available. The home is located close to a university, so there were lovely restaurants and stores within walking distance. We thank Arturo for his recommendations of places to visit. We drove to Segovia, Toledo and Avila and spent wonderful days exploring these medieval towns. We also enjoyed spending time in Madrid. The home was located a short drive to Casa de Campo which is a large park. Long ago it was the Royal Hunting Grounds, but now it houses an amusement park, a zoo and an aquarium. We also spent time in Barcelona and really enjoyed the beach and the area. We highly recommend this exchange to anyone.

  We had a lovely holiday in this house. Lot's of space, inside and outside. We ate most of the time on the balcony or downstairs in the parc. Easy access to the subways and the city of Madrid. We also cycled a lot in the area around Madrid. Very nice to take the bikes into the train and then cycle back. In a 10-15 minute walk you will find nice restaurants and supermarkets.
