A beautiful and spacious apartment. Everything shiny clean, neat , tidy. Very confortable. We visited by train Parma, Reggio Emilia (what a lovely city), Modena and the train station is walking distance rom the apartment. Gabriele is a very experimented exchanger we found clear instructions for everything you may need and information about places to visit. A perfect exchange. Grazie Gabriele
A very pleasant stay.
Gabriele's apartment is very nice and located in the centre of the city and not very far from the train station. So we were able to visit Modena, Parma and Ferrara not far away by train. Bologna is a beautiful and interesting city. Gabriele had provided us with extensive documentation and art books. Thank you very much for that too.
Large flat in a central location
This is a real gem. The apartment is large and very well decorated and there is generous space for two people. When discovering the city you notice the short distance to most parts of the city. It takes only 15 minutes by foot to reach the apartment from the train station (airport train or ordinary train) and from the apartment there is a 10 minutes walk to the town hall (Piazza Maggiore). Bologna is known not only for its university, which is the oldest in the western world, but also for its kitchen. There is a lot to discover in the narrow streets of this city. Gabriele has been a generous host - thanks a lot!
We loved staying at Gabrielle's place.
He is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. It was a perfect location: about a10 minute walk to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The supermarket is across the road. His place was perfectly clean and comfortable. He had a binder full of information. He was lovely to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gabriele's stylish flat in Bologna, very comfortable, light and convenient. The whole city is within walking distance and other nearby towns easily accessible by train. Gabriele left us very helpful advice for shopping and eating out. An excellent exchange.
Gabriele's home was very spacious and comfortable with lots of interesting features. It is in a very central area for exploring Bologna and convenient for taking day trips by train to other areas of Italy. We loved our stay there.

It was a privilege to stay at Gabriele's apartment: it is spacious, neat, and decorated with exquisite taste. It is also ideally located, close to the train station and the historic center. Bologna is a beautiful, lively and very interesting city. In addition, it is within a train ride's distance to wonderful towns like Mantova, Ferrara, Parma, Ravenna. A perfect location to visit this culturally very rich area.
The apartment is downtown and very nice.
I enjoyed being able to walk and walk and walk to restaurants, sites and enjoy the ambience of the city.

Wonderful house
Gabriele is a very nice guy and organized. His house is very clean and tidy and in the center of Bologna. This city of Bologna is so beautiful that discovering it is a big task. Bologna is in central Italy and you can visit other nearby cities. I am interested in returning to Bologna to Gabriele,s when he wants to.

We had a wonderful time. the apartment was very nice and well-located for transit and Bologna is just a great city with much personality. Right up there amongst our 29 exchanges.
