  A beautifully renovated farmhouse in a quiet rural area close to beautiful cycling routes through the Schoorl dunes. Picturesque Bergen around the corner. We really enjoyed 5 days .

• Great stay in Schoorl

  We enjoyed our stay in Schoorl very much. This is the second time we did an home exchange with Hans and Riekje. The last one was in winter and now in the beautiful summer, so we could walk in the dunes. The surrounding of the house are amazing and it is very quiet. We love to come back. Madelon

• Comfortabel huis vlakbij de duinen.

  Een fijn comfortabel huis met een weids uitzicht. Prachtig uitgangspunt om te wandelen of te fietsen. Werden hartelijk door Hans en Riekje ontvangen. Sterrenrestaurant Merlet is op steenworp afstand. Hadden ook een moestuin tot onze beschikking. Een zeer geslaagde huizenruil. Op loop of fietsafstand van het dorp Schoorl.

• Heerlijk huis in het dorp met vrij uitzicht

  Een mooie verbouwde boerderij, heerlijk ruim en hoog met een prachtige tuin en vrij uitzicht aan alle kanten. En toch op loopafstand van de winkels en restaurantjes in het gezellige hart van Schoorl. Lekker fietsen door de duinen of langs de prachtige huizen naar het kunstenaarsdorp Bergen en Egmond aan Zee of naar Alkmaar en natuurlijk naar het strand om even lekker uit te waaien. Daarvoor konden we ook gebruik maken van de fietsen die Hans en Riekje voor ons klaar gezet hadden. Dank je wel. We komen graag nog eens terug als het minder warm is.

• Lovely home outside of Schoorl

  George and I would not hesitate to recommend this home exchange in the small town of Schoorl. It is just far enough away from Amsterdam, but within bike riding distance to the ocean and other small towns and villages. We especially enjoyed walking around Alkmaar. From the first communication with the Meij family to our return home, our home exchange worked out perfectly. It was wonderful to spend time in such a quaint village. We loved every moment.
