• A WARM AND CHARMING EXCHANGE

  A warm and kind welcome from our hosts. The house is lovely, with a huge library, tomatoes in the garden and sun on the terrace. The view from the house is outstanding, we had squirrels on the terrace, eagles in the air and turkeys in the street. Our hosts gave us many a tips on how to enjoy the stay both on the practical as well as the experience side of the stay. We still miss the kitchen and the view. The small village nearby was charming and served us the most necessary. Best regards Marte and Cedric

  We couldn't have had better exchange partners or a better home to stay in. We had a great time and loved the area and such great views over SF. The neighbours were helpful and Terry and Pete made sure that our stay was comfortable. All in all a tremendous exchange. Dave and Allison Matthews

  We had the best holiday ever staying in Oakland. Terry and Pete provided us with great information about the area and transport in and out of SF which was so easy. It was wonderful to experience the local area and live the life of an "Oaklander" for a while. Even though we haven't yet met our exchangers we feel like we know each other through our communications, this is what exchanging is all about and we look forward to welcoming Terry and Pete to NZ in due course.
