  We are most grateful to have visited your beautiful home. We knew very little about Spain and especially your region but liked it a lot even though we weren't used to the heat it was wonderful to use your pool to cool of in. And there are so many nice things to discover nearby, we loved going to the Playa and swim in the ocean and walk through Barcelona. We had a great stay and by the way we forgot to tell you, we manage to start the oven ?

• Amazing experience

  I am absolutely sure, that everything about and around Jordi & Montse's home would have been amazing! Unfortunately however, we ourselves decided on a very short notice to cancel our side of the deal and not to travel to Catalunya because of skyrocketing corona incident rates over there and an official travel warning. In fact, this had been a fall-back option that we had been communicating about right from our first contacts, and without that, we probably would not have felt comfortable to commit to the exchange in the first place. Obviously, we would have loved to spend time in their amazing home and with all the detailed information, photos and contacts of neighbors and favorite places, we were perfectly prepared and longing for it. More than that, through the very intense and personal communication with Jordi on if and how the corona situation was developing before our vacations and how we felt about it, we felt very close and comfortable at all times, even though we did not end up going to their place in the end. They offered to make room for us any other time, which we really appreciate, but will probably not be able to make use of any time soon, which is totally fine. We were overwhelmed however by the generous gifts, flowers and kind words that we found coming back home and cannot but strongly recommend Jordi and Montse and their family as reliable, friendly and very sweet exchange partners!

  La maison est agréablement ombragée, la température reste très supportable grâce à l'orientation des chambre. Les nombreux conseils avant et pendant le séjour ont été très utile pour organiser notre séjour. Les parcs préservés aux alentours nous ont enchantés, il y a possibilité de faire de nombreuses et très belle ballades. Barcelona est proche en voiture, mais Vacarisses est un village très calme. Les plages sont assez proches et très belles. Le séjour dans la région a été très agréable et nos vacances très réussies. Merci à toute la famille pour votre accueil ! Patrick
