Our first and only home is a sunny and cosy apartment, in a 90 year old building, in the historical heart of the Ethernal City: St.Peter's Basilica & Vatican Museums are at 10 min walk.
This is a lively yet quite and safe area, comfy and friendly: historical buildings, secluded gardens & yards, schools, artisan shops, facing a children playground.
Underground & bus stops, shops, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, cinemas, theatres, jazz clubs, shops, supermarkets and the biggest food-and-nofood farmers' market in town... all this is at a step!
Naples and Florence are 2 hrs far door-to-door, Venice 4 hrs, beautiful Bracciano Lake and thermal baths at 45 minutes driving. The Ostia Seaside is 1,30 hr door-to-door by underground... In fact Rome is the bellybutton of Italy!
